JK Walshe is a farmer from the Glen of Aherlow, Eamonn Crowe is a farmer from Dundrum and JJ Healy is a chef from Carrick on Suir. Last year we purchased a mobile food kitchen together and decided to provide top quality food to our clients combined with friendly, efficient service and good value. Where possible we use best quality fresh products from artisan producers in the Tipperary area. The menu options we offer are of a wide variety to cater for all tastes and budgets, from finger food for a party to fine dining for a special event, from 50 to 500. We make sure that whatever the event that it gets our full attention and that our client and guest are happy.
We can provide food for any event or celebration of any size. We have catered for groups from 25 to 300. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote or consultation free of charge.Our mobile kitchen is entirely self- sufficient, with our own generator, gas and water supply. We also have 3 spit roasters available to roast pigs, lambs, beef or poultry. We are fully insured, HACCP compliant and registered with the local authority.
